چکیده

The propagation of electron-acoustic waves (EAWs) in an unmagnetized plasma, comprising (r,q)-distributed hot electrons, cold inertial and stationary positive ions, is investigated. Both the unmodulated modulated EAWs, such as solitary waves, rogue (RWs), breathers are discussed. Sagdeev potential approach employed to determine existence domain electron acoustic structures study perfectly symmetric planar nonlinear structures. Moreover, Schrödinger equation (NLSE) derived its solutions, including first order RWs (Peregrine soliton), higher-order (super RWs), (Akhmediev Kuznetsov–Ma soliton) presented. effects plasma parameters and, particular, spectral indices r q, distribution functions on characteristics both examined detail. In a limited cases, (r,q) compared with Maxwellian kappa distributions. present investigation may be beneficial comprehend predict laboratory space plasmas.

Electron-acoustic plasma waves: oblique modulation and envelope solitons.

Theoretical and numerical studies are presented of the amplitude modulation of electron-acoustic waves (EAWs) propagating in space plasmas whose constituents are inertial cold electrons, Boltzmann distributed hot electrons, and stationary ions. Perturbations oblique to the carrier EAW propagation direction have been considered. The stability analysis, based on a nonlinear Schrödinger equation, ...

Akhmediev breathers, Kuznetsov–Ma solitons and rogue waves in a dispersion varying optical fiber

Dispersion varying fibres have applications in optical pulse compression techniques. We investigate Akhmediev breathers, Kuznetsov–Ma (KM) solitons and optical rogue waves in a dispersion varying optical fibre based on a variable-coefficient nonlinear Schrödinger equation. Analytical solutions in the forms of Akhmediev breathers, KM solitons and rogue waves up to the second order of that equati...

Linear and Nonlinear Dust Acoustic Waves in Quantum Dusty Electron-Positron-Ion Plasma

The behavior of linear and nonlinear dust acoustic waves (DAWs) in an unmagnetized plasma including inertialess electrons and positrons, ions, and mobile positive/negative dust grains are studied. Reductive perturbation method is employed for small and finite amplitude DAWs. To investigate the solitary waves, the Korteweg–de Vries (KdV) equation is derived and the solution is presented. B...

Investigation of Dust-Ion Acoustic Waves in a Magnetized Collisional Dusty Plasma with Kappa Distribution Function for Electrons

The propagation of arbitrary amplitude dust ion acoustic waves (DIAWs) in a magnetized collisional dusty plasma including hot electrons, with kappa velocity distribution for electrons, warm ions and dust particles has been studied. In the presence of immobile massive dust particulates, DIAWs have been investigated through the Sagdeev pseudo-potential method. It is demonstrated that the amplitud...

Rarefaction waves, solitons, and holes in a pure electron plasma

The propagation of holes, solitons, and rarefaction waves along the axis of a magnetized pure electron plasma column is described. The time dependence of the radially averaged density perturbation produced by the nonlinear waves is measured at several locations along the plasma column for a wide ,range of plasma parameters. The rarefaction waves are studied by measuring the free expansion of th...
